1. In large bowl, with electric mixer beat butter until fluffy.
2. Add peanut butter and blend thoroughly.
3. Add sugar 1/2 cup at a time, blending between additions.
4. Add vanilla.
5. Add milk a little at a time until desired consistency is achieved.
6. Will make enough to frost one 9x13, or a 9" two layer cake.
7. Chop peanut butter cups for garnish, drizzle with ganache.
